Why do so many women want to be housewives?

It made sense before most housework was automated but how can you justify the loss in income for it these days? Especially because a two income house can probably afford some housekeeping services

You can still take care of your kids while having a job. Men and most women do it.

If your kids aren't old enough to be in school, it's better to raise them yourself instead of paying a daycare or babysitter

The dad will be at work, genius. Both parents working usually only turns out well when the kids are already in school or old enough to go home by themselves after school. You sound like you don't have any kind of parenting experience.

They won't work all the time. They still have plenty of time to spend with their kids. There's also the dad and other family too
