Wife posed a question to me the other day if I would want to impregnate one of her work friend?

The other night. My wife and her friends were having a few drinks, this one particular friend asked my wife if I would be interested in impregnating her, apparently her and her husband have been trying to get pregnant for three years with no success. She believes that he is in fertile, But he refuses to go to get tested, he has had several STDs when he was a teenager so she suspects he may be infertile. I have been contemplating the idea of helping them out, since fertility treatments cost so much and my wife is OK with it , I am just wondering if I might not have an emotional attachment to this kid if it was born. Just wondering what you guys and girls think of the situation and what your thoughts are.

You would have legal responsibility for the kid should the wife/husband separate.
