Friend Humiliated in Front of Me?

I'm a 20 year old girl and in March I went with my friend (a guy who is also 20) to the bank to deposit a check. Well we got in the middle of a robbery at the bank and the police showed up before the robbers could escape. So they essentially held the customers hostage while they talked with the police.

Fearing there could be weapons the robbers forced all of the guys to strip down to just their boxer/briefs. Fortunately they only made the males strip and they were respectful and spared us girls from the embarrassment. So me and the other girls were aloud to keep all of our clothing on.

Anyway, it finally ended...but now my friend won't talk to me much anymore. At first I figured he was just upset with the robbery...but now I think he was humiliated I saw him in just his briefs. He's a pretty quiet and shy guy and I'm sure he's embarrassed. What should I do?

Next time you talk to him bring it out in the open and ask him if he has any issues about what happened in the bank . Be direct as problems don't fix themselves we do. If he still won't talk to you after that there is nothing you can do as we talk to who we want too .
