I don't like ANY tattoos, so I try to be as tactful as I can, and don't dwell on the subject. To me, tattoos are like bathroom graffiti - the only question is how much worse they make someone look.
It's not for me to say. If they tell me that they think their tattoo is bad, I might agree with them. But if they really like it, then who am I to tell them it's bad?
Lol, that's hilarious about your friend not understanding what she got put on her body. People really need to do their research on some things beforehand. I wouldn't say anything unless they asked me because they're a hassle and expensive to remove.
I really don't stare deep enough into tattoos to be able to tell if it's poor quality or not. Although most people I see have few or no tattoos at all.
Choosing to put art that you like on your body and making conclusions about their sexual habits based on it... yeah not much connection there. I get it if the tattoo is on the butt an literally says: "insert here" or smth. But like a tree on their arm or their kids birth dates on an ankle... yeah that's just your own bias.
It depends what the tattoo is for the man, and where the tattoo is for the woman. It makes no sense to say that any woman with a tattoo is a whore, so please elaborate.
I'm in a catholic school... because I'm catholic and no they don't. We're in 2020 not 1203. But there are some people in Egypt like wahhabis who share your same view on women, go join them.
@Nadim171 Don't bother, some people don't comprehend the concept of the burden of the truth and that "cause I said so" + some insult is not evidence but just rumblings of a sad misogynist in this case.
One thing is simply not liking it, another is if it makes them look stupid, it's better if a friend tells them and not a stranger in public (aka how my friend tattooed a word the meaning of which she did not really know which I described).
You not liking it is not "a good thing that would come of" you telling them. It's just you expressing your opinion and hurting their feelings, and probably your relationship with them.
By the way, I am not a fan of tattoos and do not have any. I just think you would be making a mistake if you care about this person and your relationship with them.
Again, you did not read what I said at all, gosh how do you people function like this. I said that it's not about personal opinion but about a situation like I mentioned. My friend mistakenly tattooing a word "slave" on her back has nothing to do with me simply not liking it, I know I would be mad if my friends just let me look stupid and said nothing.
I read everything your said. You're just missing my point. There is nothing she can do about her tattoo, so you telling her you don't like it will not accomplish anything positive. You not liking it is not a valid reason to make her feel bad about something she cannot change anyway.

If they don't ask, then it's none of my business. As long as they're content with the things they have on their body, I'm not one to judge.
I voted "yes" but you CAN just say something like "It's not my style".
Ready for our date?
I would only say it if they ask my opinion of it. And they know I am honest so they know to brace themselves
No. There's no point in telling people they wasted their money just to look like every other dipshit
Of course not. It's done. Only give above when it can benefit the listener.
It's not for me to say. If they tell me that they think their tattoo is bad, I might agree with them. But if they really like it, then who am I to tell them it's bad?

I won't say anything outright but if they ask for my opinion, Im gon a give it
If it's a friend I'll tell them but not to a random person
I really don't stare deep enough into tattoos to be able to tell if it's poor quality or not. Although most people I see have few or no tattoos at all.
If it is a friend or someone close asking for my opinion , i would !
In the street : No !
Cuz Iād be busy criticizing people all day !
If they didn't really ask for an opinion but just showed you? Would you stay quiet, lie or tell the truth?
Why would you? It won't make you a better friend like telling them they have boogers hanging. It would be like telling them they have bad taste.
Tell them!!, Omg there was a girl at my last job who has a tramp stamp on her ass that said "Bitch" 😂😂
Lol, that's sad.
What would you do in that situation?
Reconsider my relationship with that person and wish them good luck in relationships.
No, I lie I don't want to get in a fight with them neither hurt them
depends on how bad. remember to cover your mouth to hide your laughing
A man with a tattoo is telling the world that he's an idiot. A woman with a tattoo is telling the world that she's a whore.
That's an interesting generalization you made there, doesn't really make sense but whatever.
It makes perfect sense
Choosing to put art that you like on your body and making conclusions about their sexual habits based on it... yeah not much connection there. Any female with a tattoo is a whore and she is simply advertising that.
And that is an empty statement with no proof or logic to back it up.
The proof is self-evident and logic is wasted on an 18 year old female.
It depends what the tattoo is for the man, and where the tattoo is for the woman.
It makes no sense to say that any woman with a tattoo is a whore, so please elaborate.
@Nadim171 Well, son, when you get a little hair on your dick you'll start to understand female nature.
I've got plenty of hair on my dick. Let's be rational now, you said something, you to realise the consequences of your actions and explain.
@Nadim171 Oh yeah, you're one of those hairy wolf boy middle easterners. Wouldn't a tattooed women immediately be stoned for harlotry your culture?
You seem more like a wahhabi than anyone on this site. I'm not an Islamist and I don't believe in any of that shit.
God the taliban would defenatley LOVE you
@Nadim171 So you are an infidel? How are you still alive? Dont your school mates beat you up every day?
I'm in a catholic school... because I'm catholic and no they don't. We're in 2020 not 1203. But there are some people in Egypt like wahhabis who share your same view on women, go join them.
@Nadim171 Catholics aren't supposed to get tattoos either.
@Nadim171 Don't bother, some people don't comprehend the concept of the burden of the truth and that "cause I said so" + some insult is not evidence but just rumblings of a sad misogynist in this case.
What good would come of you telling them you don't like it?
One thing is simply not liking it, another is if it makes them look stupid, it's better if a friend tells them and not a stranger in public (aka how my friend tattooed a word the meaning of which she did not really know which I described).

There is nothing good that would come of it.

But tattoos can be both removed or covered up so again, it's not about my personal opinion but about objective truth that it makes her look stupid.
You should tell her that her face is ugly too, since plastic surgery can make her face look better, right?
Look, go ahead and tell her that her tattoo is stupid. It's your relationship and your life.
um if its bad enough i might but i dont want to make them feel bad so maybe not
Yes I would tell them, probably with an unsubtle jab.
A past crush of mine got a horrible Hank Williams tattoo on her breast. Killed my passion for her instantly.
