I'd say both genders are partially responsible for people's insecurities in general. However, people also have to take responsibility for their own feelings
Women bash other women to make themselves feel good. 90% of men may make a rude comment but we definitely keep it to ourselves or quietly say it between close friends. Women love to RIP each other's confidence down.
Sadly that is true. Sex appeal is a major factor in most things it seems. Looks should be secondary, the person behind the looks should be the primary concern.

Wow nelly83 blocked me. I feel so bad for her, she is self destroying for no reason.
Both. Mens expectations of what they want and women judging other women are responsible. The same for men's bodies.
It’s mostly because of men. Women also criticize other women’s bodies but it’s caused by men.
It's a combination of both. The high, nearly unattainable standards were set in place by men a long time ago and women followed suit.
Because of society's interpretation of how a woman should look!
BUT SEX SELLS... That sucks , right?

" Because of?" As in, because they're compared to hotter women? Or as in, WHO is doing more of the comparing in the first place? Which did you mean?
pretty much, never understood how women bring other women down but men support each other like bros
I think women are harsh with this whether thats towards men or women.
The ridiculous airbrushed, surgically altered, and Photoshopped media standards are to blame.
Or the people who buy them.
I'd just like to say. Every man, 100% of us, prefers no makeup. Also, all boob sizes are appreciated.
I think we are harder on ourselves and our peers than any man is.
I accuse men and women. Both are harsh towards women.
If anyone says negative towards others... realized that those types, in the end, WILL NOT MATTER. ;)
I'm more critical of my own body than I ever would be on a woman. A person is the whole package.
This is such a thoughtful question, you really are a special lovely man.
Mothers of girls are the harshest critics on the planet.
The vast majority of issues women face are of their own making. This is an example.
We expect more more but more breast legs and sweet looking labia
