What are some things (looks and personality wise) that men generally have to have to be considered attractive (from a conventional standpoint)?

For me, the shape of his nose is a big deal. It can really ruin the face. His posture is another. If he is disrespectful, rudely blunt, overly sarcastic, then he doesn't stand a chance with me.
