How do I get over my taken coworker?

I didn't know he had a girlfriend and by the time I found out, (from someone else) I'd already caught feelings. He's never cheated on her or made any direct moves, he's done nothing more than hug me, put his arm around me and touch my lower back but I can just feel it in my gut that there is some type of attraction there. I've tried on several occasions to ignore him. I blow right past him most of the time but he'll approach me several times a day and start a conversation with me or just ask me the most random questions or ask me what time I finish work. Even if I'm having conversations with others or asking them for help, he'll insert himself right in the middle and help me before anyone else even gets the chance. I don't know what to do, at this point I gave up trying to ignore him because I know he'll just talk to me anyways. I like him too much to tell him to leave me alone. I can't get him out of my head. How the hell do I ignore him?

This is why i try to find out if theyve either a) got a girlfriend already b) their age appropriate c) they're not gay. Social media can help but its hard when theyre on private
