Getting over the issue of approach and not knowing to say?

Just as the title states. I have an issue with the approach and just not knowing to say. I will see a beautiful girl in passing or just can't approach due to not knowing what to say. A lot of things going through my mind are: “What hasn’t she heard before?,”How to not come off as corny?”, “How to make a good lasting impression?”, “How do I become friends and then more?” Not to mention the fear of going up and just saying hi and then having nothing else to say. Then I’ll look like a creep or an idiot. The last thing is actually showing her I’m interested in her as more then friends and show some sexual interest. I need some help.
