I've heard people say it has to happen more than once, but I'm too afraid to look at him again. Sometimes I see him from the corner of my eye glancing at me. I'm attracted to him and the only reason why I locked eyes with him is because I wanted him to know I like him. Could the attraction be mutual?

Yes, it certainly could be mutual. It's not the number of times you lock eyes. It's "what's said between you during that moment".
So locking eyes with someone once... can be everything. Now, that being said... if there's something there, and you lock eyes like that once... it's GOING to happen again. Because you like each other.
Unless of course, a grown-ass-woman is too shy to make eye contact again with her crush. Then your fucked.
That's like saying "I like him, but I'm literally too nervous to talk with him at all".
The only answer for that person (and for you) is: "You're gonna need to change that, or it's literally impossible for anything to ever grow between you two."
Seriously. Those moments are significant. It's the first moment of how anything starts between two people. Those looks. Now what's this ridiculousness about being too scared to look at him again? Are you being serious right now? What's your plan then?

I think I'm falling for him and I'm so scared because I don't know if he feels the same way. I know when I was at work and it have been many of times when we don't see each other through out the day never have he once told me before that he haven't seen me all day until now. I haven't been sleeping normally because of him. And apparently he was talking to a friend of mine and he told her that he haven't been sleeping well and that he's only getting 3 hours of sleep and she ask why and he said he didn't know now I know and it could be many of reasons to why a person is not getting sleep I just thought it was odd when he said he didn't know. I've noticed also to when ever I'm around him he's constantly tapping his fingers. Since we're in the work place the signs are very vague.
Not too long ago I was upset and I left work early that day. And I could see him watching me because the next day I came back to work he was asking my friend what was wrong with me and if anyone said or did something to me and she said he seemed worried. I don't know maybe I'm reading too much into this. Why would a guy show concern? I want him and I don't know how to go about that.
Well his signs aren't all that vague. It sounds like he very well might be interested in you as well. I don't think you're reading too much into this by hoping that these signs show he might be interested in you. It's when you put a bunch of little things together that they can take on more meaning.
So any of these things by themselves, you can't be sure of how to interpret it. But when you get 3 or 4 different things that COULD mean he's interested. The odds of him not being interested and just happening to do these 3 or 4 things are basically zero.
So clearly you really like this guy (It's kinda cute actually).
The way to go about this is pretty straightforward.
The next step is to get to know him better. Talk to him.
That's the next step in how you go about this. Start up a coversation.
From there... well, I guess you'll have to dm me. But for now... you want to start being someone who he talks to at work.

I have talked to him he sounds really shaky in his voice when he speaks to me. Even when I'm not talking to him I can hear talking clear, but the moment he sees me his voice starts to shake.

What do you think about a guy going to a friend of yours to ask about you. After all we don't have full on conversation just small talk that he initiates.
