What is the best way to show a guy you are interested without coming forward with them directly?

So there is this guy in my club that I have a major crush on. When I first joined, the first 3 weeks we had never talked but I would constantly catch him looking at me and I would do the same. Eventually we started talking here and there. I would smile and wave when he came in and he has had dinner with me and friends three times. The first two, he asked to join and then the most recent one I asked him. At this dinner he sat next to me and we were moderately close but the arm closest to me with up on the table while my body was a little more open to him. I caught him looking at me through a side eye once at this dinner but he is a shy guy to begin with and was quiet since we were in a big group. I was also trying to put my sweatshirt on and got stuck and thought I was still following him out the door but when I finally got it over my head he was behind me. He also offers to let me go ahead of him when we need to go in-between something. After talking with him we still make constant eye contact and I want to make it a little more obvious I like him. I also want to find out if he has a girlfriend. What are the best ways to show interesest to a guy and show that you like to be around him without saying you have feelings for them outright? Do you think I would have a chance with him?
