A girl asked me for my number when grocery shopping. Is she interested in me or just want to be friends?

I’ve never been approached by a woman at a grocery store so this one threw me off. I was shopping today and she approached me by complimenting my shoes. She seemed really nervous and she asked me questions about what I do for a living, where I was from, etc.

She ended the conversation with “I’d like to stay in contact with you”. So we exchanged numbers. I searched her on fb and saw that she was married so I’m pretty much assuming she isn’t into women (or might be bi if she was approaching me in that way). Either way, what do you think this could be?

Turns out she only wanted to sell me some shit from her MLM business. She wanted to reel me into her Pyramid scheme hahaha anyways I blocked her! 😁

I would guess that she finds you attractive in some way and is simply feeling you out. Not being there to see the context of the situation makes it a little difficult to get a clear understanding of the Vibe and Energy. I imagine she wants to speak a little bit and then determine whether there is friendship or something else there.

Its hard to say without being there , appears that there is a sexual cogitation , but maybe she did just like your shoes , seems like you got on well , so nothing wrong with catching up , maybe don't overthink it approach as friendship and see what happens.
