Do drunk strangers hold each others hands at the bar?

Do strangers hold hands walking down the street when they are just stranger who just met at the bar? I saw this male and female walking down the street after getting out of the bar. I was confused why would someone let strangers to hold their hands as a sign of affection if they aren't even couple? Do you think they were couple or is it common for strangers to hold hands each other when they go hack to someone's place? If it's just a one jught stand why would a guy let someone to hold their hands as if they are close friends or something? I want to know how people at bar behave and what's appropriate and what's not. Or I'm just confused why would someone holding hands when they don't even know each other.

Drunk and intoxicated people do only strange things and holding hands with a total stranger is unfortunately, one of those many stranger things they would do.

When you are drunk and/or intoxicated, you shut off reason that normally would prevent you from doing irrational things that you would normally not do if you are fully conscious.

That is also why people tell things when they are intoxicated that they would never tell when sober.

Holding hands is just the first step towards something more deviant unless the one or the other party "wakes up" and realizes that they are doing something that they would not do under normal circumstances.

When you are so stoned and/or drunk that you don't remember what you did, you will also not remember that you held hands or did anything that you would normally do.
