Ask yourself this: how would you feel if a guy you were seeing was flirting with another girl? Yeah...

It's not flattering, cute, or even appealing having a guy in a relationship flirt with you!!! It's insulting to his current partner. And you know if he's doing this with her, imagine if he dates you: he'll probably do the same thing.

I wouldn't think this was such a great guy if he has a girlfriend yet he's actively showing interests elsewhere.

But to answer your question - If it was me, I'd do nothing until he was single.

My personal opinion is that you should not reciprocate. Tell him that he is taken and it is inappropriate for him to be acting this way. You need to respect their relationship, and he needs to as well.
