I’ve made a friend at work. We’re the only ones each others age. She has said that we clicked from the first day.
When I asked her if she thought we’d be friends if I lived in her hometown she said yes because I’m so sweet and one of the most genuine people and remind her of people from high school.
She’s opened up to me and told me she’s bi. She’s also told me that she just came from a toxic relationship and told me how bad her ex was and her friend was and that she wasn’t looking to date right now.
She’s also told me that she wanted the other person to make the move first because she was shy/awkward. She ordered wine and let me drink after her to try. She came in and was like “you look cute” and smiled and stared at me. She also said my teeth were nice. Also she sent me a text once I went home from work that said “our boss said I could bring candles in 👀” which I thought might’ve been an excuse.
After the movies she said we should hang again.
We planned for 2 weekends out because I’d be at the beach the next weekend. But hadn’t said anything about hanging out since. I assumed maybe because she’s shy or thinks I’m busy.
She went to visit an old friend. My coworker showed me her own Instagram the other day ( maybe to follow her ) but I didn’t ask. She’s teased me. When my shift was over she was like “get your stuff and get out” but was joking lol.
Friday we sat after work at a table for like an hour and talked. She told me how amazing it was that I loved writing novels and said I had nice skin and we opened up about stuff. she told me was glad she went to see the movie because she wanted to see it with me. She calls me dude sometimes lol but I’ve called her girl.
Monday was my first day of class and she sent me a text that morning and was like “good luck on your first day” and I said Aw thank you ❤️ and she said ofc 💕.
I told her I wanted to make friends in class and she said I was “easy to make friends with”. Did she friend zone me? Lol
