There’s a cute girl I like but the only problem is I only see her when we are both working how do I get her to see me out of work?

There’s a cute girl I like but the only problem is I only see her when we are both working. I work as a technician fixing floor cleaning scrubbers. She is an operator of one of the scrubber machines. I’ve spoken to her a couple times briefly but today she said she saw me walking in and came over to say hi. We talked about how our day was going and she was smiling, holding eye contact and standing pretty close. She came to see how I was going every now and then and we talked some more. She’s a cute, nice and genuine person but I don’t know how to ask her out as we’re both working when we see each other and I don’t want to make her uncomfortable by asking her out in her workplace. How do I ask this girl if she wants to hang out outside of work hours without making her uncomfortable? Also if she says no, we will both still need to interact with each other whenever her machine breaks down.
