Is it bad if my guy friends hug me in front of my crush?

my guy friends really love their hugs, and it seems like they hug me every time my crush walks by...once my crush even pretended to beat up on one of my guy friends when he didn't think I was watching. is it bad? I don't want him to think I don't like him and stuff.

Yeah I think its bad.. I don't know how tough your boyfriend is but the average guy would be majorly turned off if he saw you hugging another guy. He would think "wow she gets around" or he may decide that he wants nothing to do with you if he thinks any of the guys you are hugging have a better chance of getting with you than they do.. He may make a move as she said below but 1) why take the risk and 2) why put your crush through that torture?

Just don't do it anymore. Or if your guy friends are really that needy and really insist on touching a girl because that's all they ever get then slowly weed them off of the hugs until eventually you don't hug them anymore :-)

Yeah it IS bad. Its not a matter of insecurity right here but both of you are in highschool right? Guys respond to things differently, I wouldn't care about a hug. But in Highschool I might have... it does send the wrong message, he could lose interest. Not because he's jealous, he's just gunna think you aren't as in to him and he'll take it as you giving mixed signals even if you aren't.

Either don't try and get with him or make it evident to him that you are interested in HIM and not the other guys.

Easiest way is to just tell him... make sure he knows he is the one you're interested in.

If you don't tell him but you try to flirt with him he may not pick up on the signals since you hug other guys.. so really you just need to tell him. and you can do it in a light and flirty way like "so when are you taking me out?" type of thing

No it makes you look good if other guys want you. 1 hug doesn't mean your together, it might make him jealous but that's a part of life. it might motivate him to make a move!

I wouldn't care. I'm not insecure enough where I'd be all worried about a hug. I hug my female friends and such so it really doesn't bother me. Hug's aren't usually sexual.
