This girl got mad because I didn't talk to her??

in my first day at work this girl just came up to me and I thought she was cute...so she started asking me questions like ”wats my name”, ”do you like it here”, etc.. And I'm very shy so like I just stood there with a bit of awkward silence...and then she looked mad and walked away...

After that she just ignored me and act like I didn't exist and now I'm sad, because I actually like her a lot...

And one time when she was with her friend they saw me and when her friend said hi to me and was trying to talk to me, she looked all jealous...and on top of that she said bye to me and when I waved bye to her and I guess she didn't see me or just ignored me...yea lol

So what do girls think? Does she like me?

Well, she was trying to make conversation with you and you didn't respond back so she thinks you don't like her, I would def say she is interested in getting to know you better. I'm shy myself so I know its hard to sometimes even strike up a conversation , but start small and maybe just start smiling at her. That will let her see you like her and you will seem more approachable.
