I actually enjoy cooking as a hobby so it made me wonder, my favorite things to make are pastas, steaks, pork chops, chicken, aroz con frijoles, I also know how to make orange sauce which is just fire, I can just eat it forever lol

Orange juice, maizena, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar then cut the orange peel into strips and add it in the pot and heat it up until it thickens to the thickness you want it.

Most things. I cook everyday. I can make rice, chicken, sauces, fry fish, meat medium rare😌, i can make sallads and I bake. I like to bake cinnamon buns, I make a mean vanilla chocolate strawberry pie, and cupcakes and chocolate mudcake. Whatever I'm in the mood for or if a friend/relative comes over😆

But I could get better at eating spicier... then I'd need to add more amount of spice🤔

Well the basics of all baking is:
1. Always separate the dry stuff when mixing from the moist stuff. Like for example mix flour, baking soda, sugar together and then butter, milk, egg together separate before you mix them together.
2. Always poor the dry stuff in the moist stuff a little at time and mix every time until there are no lumps.
3. If you are gonna mix butter with sugar do it at low heat.
4. Get to know your own oven. Cause some ovens are faster than others and depending on what setting you have it can change a bit so check your dessert sometimes lol.

Hope that helps a bit. I guess the first part is start with an easy recepie😊
