How much do you eat pork (bacon, tenderloin, etc)?

I love bacon , just don’t allow myself it that much because it’s a highly processed meat. I’m also a fan of pork tenderloin roasted rolled in a sage and red onion crumb but again don’t have it that often.

Bacon usually a couple times a month and tenderloin maybe a few times per year

Chicken , beef and lamb are much more frequently included in my diet along with veal , venison and rabbit less often

Not that often. I eat bacon more often than any other kind of pork. But I do love a good BBQ pulled pork sandwich. And I  love  BBQ baby back ribs. There just aren't any good BBQ places near where I live.

I rarely eat it because it made me feel very sluggish and like something was going on in my stomach. Now that I’ve started eating it again, I’m experiencing discomfort. I think I’m going to stop eating it completely. I’ve noticed that I only experience discomfort when I’m eating meat.

Not much. I have venison supply since my father is a hunter. I buy naturally smoked bacon that is relatively expensive approx 15USD/kg as addition to some dishes. Maybe 300g/month smoked ham for breakfast. Otherwise I don't buy pork meat.
