Good looking but get no attention at all from girls?

Kinda a long question, please read it all before answering though. Also if you read it over please don't just vote in the poll, I'd appreciate a full opinion :)
So I've always been furthest from a player my whole 16 years of life. It seems like girls never want anything to do with me, and I always just assumed I was ugly because of it. I've been friends with a girl or two in the past, but that is it for relationships with girls.

Recently I began asking for private ratings, and the results surprised me. I received steady 8-10's from girls, and I will quote a girl here: "HOOLY CRAP YOU ARE SUCH A CUTIEEEEE

I also got another 10/10 rating from another girl.

If I'm really that attractive, then why do girls tend to avoid me like the plague? Is it possible I've been lied to by all these girls I've asked? I'm not a social outcast, and I don't do weird things that would make girls avoid me. I also never see girls checking me out, but maybe I'm just not that observant. Any ideas why I have this conundrum if I average 9 in ratings?

I would say that most girls are not that observant about how a guy looks but more interested in their personality or how he will treat her, which obviously requires us to get to know you not just stare at you. I don't walk around places just staring at who the cutest guy is there, instead I just tend to walk to my point of destination and do what I came there to do. You may just be over thinking this situation. You're obviously attractive and maybe just need to show some more self confidence in yourself, because we notice things like that too...

I'm thinking you must be giving off non-verbal signals that are negative. You need to make good eye contact, smile, tilt your head when they talk, show expression and then respond with interest.

They could very well be lying, and I say that because I see it happen a lot. If you post a pic, I'll give you a brutally honest/fair evaluation

I would agree with you, but I asked like 9 girls and they all gave me 8-10's. Plus, why would two girls say there jaw dropped when they saw me if I were ugly. If they were all lying, you'd think they'd give answers like "pretty hot 7/10" or something like that.

How often do you get called attractive in real life? Are you known as the "hot guy"?
If you genuinely have a bunch of girl's jaws dropping online, then that should go for real life too. And if that's the case, it's enough to be referred to as "the attractive guy" in real life and trust me, you would know. And I wouldn't base your level of attractiveness on how frequently women muster up the courage to approach you. This is hard for women to do, so I wouldn't use that as an indicator ;)

I rarely ever get called attractive by non-family members, One of my female friends called me handsome once. This other girl I barely knew complimented me on my teeth when I got my braces off, but that's it. I'm not really known to be the attractive guy, but then again I don't know anyone else who's known for that either.

Ok. Well tbh, it doesn't even matter. What's attractive to some people, is hideous to others. I think Angelina Jolie is one of the most beautiful creatures to ever walk the land and I would possibly go gay for her. But I know a LOT of people who disagree and will even go on to say she's "ugly".
I will marry The Rock tomorrow, but I have friends who say "Ew, he's gross". Wishing to be considered "attractive" is pointless because everyone's opinion differs. All you can do is just be the hottest YOU can possibly be. You got your braces off, not go to the gym and get ripped. Work hard to be the hottest version of yourself, while you're still young enough to reap the benefits (aka girls).
