Accidentally added crush's mom on fb? What do I do?

I dont remember EVER sending that friend request, it says it happened when I was sleeping. I doubt I've been hacked, I think it's just a glitch, but I only found out I sent it when I got the notification that she accepted it! FYI I've never met her and she lives in another country. Lol gah what do I do? What's even happened? gaaaaah?
