Why did this girl glance over at me 3 times?

Yesterday in class we were standing in groups and while the teacher was talking i was laughing with my friend and i noticed this girl looked over at me so i was like ok and then i glanced over again and she was looking at me again and looked away quick when i looked at her. And then when we were ready to go back to our seats she stared at me one more time all in like 10 minutes. What could this mean i don't really talk to her.

It could mean she likes you. There has only been one guy i've ever liked like that and to get his attention, I occasionally looked over at him during class and smirked. In my opinion, that's what most girls do.

I wouldn't make any impulsive moves but you can't be certain if she actually likes you. Try increasing the amount of time you talk and spend with her. Do you like this girl? If so, and she likes you, there's nothing to lose.

yes i do like her but she never really talks to me like last year we sat next to each other and she would just stare at me through the corner of her eye. I mean she would talk to me sometimes but only for like 2 seconds

Just start talking to her again. There could be a number of reasons as to why she stopped talking to you. She might have thought you didn't like her, she was afraid of her feelings for you, you make her nervous so she doesn't know what to say to you.
