Personality wise, submissive women tend to floe and be more open minded where as dominant women are more close minded and less able to flow with another in a relationship.
What are your thoughts and experiences?
I prefer submissive women, and I don't know any guys who'd prefer to be bossed around by a woman.
If you ask online then sure you'll get a lot of guys who say they want dominant women, but these guys are usually that way because they're completely emasculated, usually quite strange, often no good with women at all. So it makes sense that dominant women would struggle to find a guy worth being with.
Even then, it isn't natural for a woman to want a submissive man or for a man to want to be sub. Sub women have longer relationships because that works a lot better than a woman being in charge, because it's against our nature. In most animal species the more naturally dominant sex is usually larger and stronger - female hyenas for example are bigger and stronger than males. Well in humans obviously men are the bigger/stronger sex.
Also looking at BDSM type dom/sub relationships, there's a huge difference between femdom. and maledom relationships. In a male dom relationship he dominates the girl but it's all about fucking her. In female dom relationships, very often it involves things like tease and denial, chastity, sometimes even cuckolding - all kinds of things based on the woman rejecting the submissive sexually. If it truly turned her in for a guy to be submissive, she'd be focused on using him sexually, which some may do but many also do a lot of denial stuff which says that really they're not actually turned on by the guy really. Can you imagine a 50 shades femdom type movie being anywhere near as popular as 50 shades has been? I can't.
So basically I don't think those guys are normal, they're emasculated men that women for the most part don't want.
I think the sub dom relationship concept is interesting. For submissive people, does it mean being not arguing with anything the other says and being very held back, or is it more of a just "I'm not the leader here" kind of behavior?

It varies, and it all depends on what the people in the relationship want, I suppose you could say that there are different levels to which people dominate and submit. Some want a relationship where the sub is completely controlled, in an outside of the bedroom, with very little if any say at all. Some want to be somewhat lead and to be more submisive but not completely. Others maybe just want to be dominated in the bedroom and to be treated as equals outside of that.
Women are by nature naturally more submissive not just in sexual roles but pervasively in their lives. Some more than others and some not at all just as some men are dominant but embrace their more feminine submissive side. In some cases usually depending on career and many other contributors the opposite can be true. There are no absolutes and ultimately comes down to preference. Both dominant and submissive roles play positive roles in both men and women. It's all in what you prefer or don't or how much either gender is dominant or submissive. To some men I would say depending on who, find some dominant women to be intimidating in certain cases. Especially in business, however in a bedroom of a sexual nature that same dominant women could be a positive to that same man in that she is forward up front and knows what she wants and not afraid to demand it. There are no absolutes in life. and each variable plays a huge roll in many different factors and scenarios.
I think it's different in every situation. And it greatly depends on whether the man leans more on his feminine side or his masculine side. If he is more masculine he will want a more feminine or submissive woman. And vice versa. If he is more feminine then he will want a more masucline/dominant woman. So choose which you would rather be... more masculine or more feminine and look for the opposite in your boo thing or else you're gonna be bumping heads soon.
I think a submissive man prefers a dominant woman? I'm submissive and not an uber feminist so no way do i like having the final say or submissive men , omg! I think things should be equally discussed but i am used to a guy taking the lead. I get bored if i get my own way too much and have to organise someone like i'm their mother!
My personality is quite masculine (if that makes sense) so I think I would go in the dominant category. I've never had a boyfriend and I think me being dominant has something to do with that. I feel like men don't find it attractive. That's just my experience, though.
do you like submissive men?
No, I don't.
I mean submissive or a switch in bed actually. Not everywhere else
@MrNameless The answer is still the same.
Same goes for me. Most women are submissive and they don’t like me🤦🏻♂️.
I feel like most women are both, it just depends on the situation. I think as long as a girl isn't bitchy... she'll be fine. Lol.

Love submissive women. Though that isn't to say that the woman can't think for herself, I just like the idea of a woman being giving and trusting of someone. It's also a more feminine characteristic, I believe, so biologically, men are more wired towards these types of women.
giving and trusting is what you do in a relationship. not what you do in a relationship bc you are a woman.
I was just trying to clarify what I meant by "submissive." Some people think that a submissive woman can't think for herself and let's the guy control her, when really for me, it means a woman is giving and trusting.
"submissive women are the ones who normally have the longest relationships and dominant women have more trouble in finding someone. "
This ^^ is very true and there are reasons for it. I much prefer a submissive woman. It's just more natural both both the woman and the man. I have never understood how women can expect men to be strong and assertive and act like leaders... except in their relationships with them. Makes no sense at all and is unfair to men.
Ladies, if you are attracted to strong men, don't expect them to not be strong. Your relationships won't last.
For me a Submissive woman (most men want a submissive woman) and when a man wants a dominant woman its usually for a turn on for men temporarily in then the man takes controlled in certain situations or for sexual reason. Furthermore: if the man doesn't know how to lead a relationship, a man would settle for a dominant woman.
I love a woman who is laid back but can give me a kick up the arse when I deserve/need it haha. So I would say an assertive/passive woman would be best for me. A mixture to compliment my own personality
At certain extent I agree with you. I can switch my personality keeping in mind other person and the way she behave so I like both submissive as well as dominant depending on my mood.
Ideally, I won't want to be in a relationship that subscribes to "dominant" and "submissive" roles. However, if I was forced to choose, I'd MUCH rather be with a submissive girl.
I prefer submissive. Women with a sub personality tend to be more laid back, easy going, and have more fun in my experience.
I *definitively* prefer submissive myself.
But know of plenty of guys who prefer dominant women. *shrugs*
I want a girl who can do both dominant and submissive, but in different situations. We should be able to strike a balance
Guess I'll be the first one to admit he likes somewhat dominant women ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I really love a vers. i am a vers and if she is too it just makes it 3x the things we can do.
I prefer a man that is "dominant" . I can't ever see myself wearing the pants in a relationship. lol
I would prefer a dominant woman but I'm also a dominant person. I like powerful personalities.
I love having my girl in control but then here and there Im gonna wanna plow that bitch and finish the job
as an older dominant Southern gentleman I want that submissive woman with me

My boyfriend loves that I am submissive.
