If you are still interested just tell her to let you know if she wants to go out with you again. That way she knows you are still interested and open. Maybe she thinks you were upset since she couldnt meet you. Keep the door open so she knows to contact you if she still is interested.
Move on. If someone is ignoring and not responding to your calls or texts, they are letting you know they are not interested. Granted, it would be more respectful to just tell you this fact but some don't want to be confrontational. Take the hint and stop pursuing her.
