I met a girl on a night out almost a year ago. We hit it off really well and she really liked me. Only two problems: 1) she lives in another country, 2) she has a boyfriend. I know those things ring alarm bells, but she hates her boyfriend and they have a really turbulent relationship.
Anyway, the next day, after having sex with her again, I took her number and we stayed in touch for a couple of months. She told me that she’d never save my number (in case her boyfriend checked her phone), which I understood.
She’s since followed me on Instagram. We stopped talking for a long time because she ignored my message (her and her boyfriend went through a ‘good’ phase). I’ve briefly spoke to her recently but not a lot. We haven’t spoke for two months now.
Last week, she added me on Snapchat. I found this strange for two reasons - firstly, she said she’d never save my number and therefore she’s clearly saved my number at some stage, which I can’t really understand. Secondly, why would she even add me on Snapchat? It’s been months and she’s still in a relationship, what’s the point?
She’s since viewed all my stories (sometimes she’s one of the first to view) and I’ll view hers. We still haven’t spoken. When we do speak she replies politely and she’s really nice, but we don’t speak for long - it doesn’t feel the same anymore anyway.
So, my question to everyone is why would she add me on Snapchat (and save my number) so long after we met and slept together?
