Does it mean anything when a girl checks up on you?

So, we've known each other for a while, she's 23. I kinda like her but, I'm not sure if she feels the same way.

Whenever I don't talk to her or leave her on read when I'm busy doing study or whatever, if I post what I'm doing on WhatsApp she'll be the first one to literally view my story when its just been posted. Or she'll sometimes spam me every hour or so.

hmm, it’s kind of hard to tell here. but if she checks up on you then that means she cares about you. but i wouldn’t read that much into it honestly
