Girls what do you think of the cute quiet guy that won't go talk to you cause he is shy or whatever?

Thought it would be good for you to let them know what you think of them and why you think they shouldn't be like that if they want to be more sociable. If you were that girl that he clearly has an eye on but isn't initiating contact, what are you thinking of him and what would you tell him?

Theirs nothing wrong with being shy, I would love to date a shy guy. But there to afraid to ask. What these guys don't seem to realize is that regardless, girls still like the traditional way of things. I want to be asked out, I don't want to do the ASKING!

I don't care if this is the 21st century or w/e.

If a girl looks at you in the eyes and she gives you a smile, she likes YOU!

If she looks at you and turns away, she likes YOU!

If she begins to ignore you or avoid you, its because you haven't made a move, which means she really really likes YOU!

Um, great clues lol. They all contradict each other in a way. I know that's the way it is, but clues suck. I say if your gonna flirt, FLIRT! This is how I once saw it and how these guys see it. If she smiles and looks you in the eye, she enjoys your company and is just being nice. If she looks at you and turns away maybe she is shy and maybe she likes me. If she avoids you maybe I said something stupid or am looking at her to much or she isn't interested. If they are shy this is what they think.

If she looks at you and turns away she likes you but is most likely shy herself so your right about that, but she still likes you.

The last one is tricky because it can go either way. If she doesn't show the other signs then she's hates you and that's why she's avoiding and ignoring you, but if she shows the other signs it's because she LIKES YOU and you still don't get it.

Well your answer does have good things to look for. I think the first one is the tricky one cause you explained the last one. The first one could just be the way she is and is not trying to show you anything. But if she is doing that you already have your foot in the door. I think touch is the best clue for a guy and a girl. If your comfortable and get close you can read a lot of body language that way. That's another thing, body language I hear is the best tell cause it is your subconcious mind

I doubt it, I certainly don't go around having eye contact and smile with them unless I really like him. A smile alone may just mean your friendly but when the girl smiles and looks you in the eyes, she likes you.

Once a woman looked at me, and smiled. I smiled back and approached her. After a conversation, I had to leave because I had something pressing to get to. I asked for her number and asked her out on a date.

Lol I knew a wpman who I expressed interest in. After getting to know her, I asked her out. She turned me down. I took really well, because to me, its not a big deal.
Interesting points though: she smile at me before I introduced myself. This gave me an in. Or, so I initally thought. Turns out she didn't like me in that way though. Lol And she didn't havr a boyfriend either. She said she didn't.
