Should I text her roommates about what’s going on with my girlfriend?

My girlfriend and I been in a 2 year long relationship. I haven’t heard from her since Wednesday of last week. She went MIA randomly all of Tuesday and texted me early Wednesday morning at 2 am. That was the last time we spoke and her excuse was she’s been busy. Afterwards, she disappeared once again. I texted her but she never responded back.

I saw she was on her Switch & I brought it up. Some hours later, she unfriended me for no reason. This is making me confused because she never acted like this before. I’m not blocked on social media or number. I tried texting her to see what’s up, but no response.

I’m just worried about her well-being because she disappeared one time for a month before and was in a hospital for suicide attempt & diabetic coma.

On Sunday, I went through TikTok just watching vids and I saw she reposted a TikTok on Wednesday (the last time we talked). The TikTok she reposted said “Having a war in my head everyday.” This made me concerned so I tried texting her to see if she was okay. No response at all. I have two of her roommates’s Instagram accounts, but I’m hesitant because she told me that she’s not very close to them except one (I don’t have her IG).

Should I text her roommates or just wait it out?
