Going wrong on gift giving?

Been seeing this girl for a little over 2 months, we've had 2 breaks during that time and just this past week we started hanging out again and I bought her 2 things... a turtle blanket (because she likes turtles) and a necklace with an aquamarine gem in it (because that's her birthstone, it was cheap though lol)... they both arrived at her apartment yesterday but never heard anything from her about them.. last time when I sent flowers, she acknowledged them with a video saying thanks and they're beautiful... but this was too much I think... probably pull even further away now... she was already very distant but now it might be for good 😔
