My friend always makes it seem that I am chasing the guy that I’m talking to. She always ask about our conversation and if he says nice things to me she asks ” well what did you say to him first?”

I’m going out with him this week and she said ” wasn’t it first your idea to meet and grab a coffee?”

I did tell her earlier that he asked me out. Why is it so hard for her to understand that he ’s interested in me.

Because she could be jealous and its a powerplay. she's being a big B... Don't let her ruin your dating experience. she's clearly downgrading you. Its possible she might be a narcissist. Take her opinions lightly. Just do the, whatever you say.. additude. She only wins if you're fighting with her. Flip the script..
