Will she ever come back after I flaked twice?

I’m a med student who flaked twice on a girl for legitimate reasons (she knows them), but she couldn’t forgive.

She “broke up” but I went to her city, anyway, we talked really closed to each other for 1h but she wouldn’t change her mind. I did all sorts of things to convince her throughout the way.

Since then I stayed away and improved myself a lot, I didn’t stay in touch once since then, respecting her wishes. She has a lot of options, I mean, that girl has 55 thousand followers on instagram.

When I was there she said eventually we could hang again in the future, that she’s glad I entered her life, glad of everything I have done for her It’s been 3 months.

Will I ever hear from this girl again?
Will she ever come back after I flaked twice?
