Girl's Behavior

Did I lose this girl for good?

So im a very shy guy but this one girl smiled at me once and i really liked her. I never really talked to her. I did say hi to her a few times but i was just too shy to start a conversation with her. But unfortunately, i think she got another job because i haven't seen her in over a month. I ended up crying over her and feel like an idiot for not talking to her more other then just saying hi to her. Know it's driving me nuts because i still think about her a lot. I have this hope in my mind she might come visit me at work but i know it probably won't happen and i lost her for good. How can i get over this?
