I have a crush on her and i get quiet when she’s around. She picked that up I think because she asked me during lunch why i get nervous around girls and then asked “Don’t you have a girlfriend?”. I said that i don’t.

She then asked again me “why do you get nervous?” and I said that I don’t know and that I don't go out that much.

Hmm.. it sounds like she's just curious. She's wondering why you get so nervous around girls, especially if you have a girlfriend (which you already told her you didn't anyway). Now that's not exactly a bad thing as being curious about someone means she wants to get to know you more. In terms of her feelings, she may not have any towards you yet. But don't despair, being curious about you means you've got her attention! So now it's up to you to show her how awesome you can be.

I’m not sure how to talk to her. I always get self conscious.

Today another thing happened. She took me outside with her friend and me snd her were talking about some discussion in our social circle.

During that she put her hand on my upper arm, and then later on she slightly put her hand on my belly. When she did the second one I felt nervous and moved a bit back so that her hand wasn't touching my belly anymore, but she just moved forward and put her hand again there.

I’m not sure if she is just a touchy girl, but she is very confident and outgoing.

Girls also get self conscious around guys they like. But to be honest, girls will always expect the guys to make the first move so it will be best for you to try to be brave. If you continue to act awkwardly around her, she may take it as a sign that you are pushing her away instead. So no matter how hard it is, show her that you are happy to be near her.

As for her touching you, to be safe, I advice you not to read so much into it for now. I have many friends that are very touchy with guys they are comfortable with. Even if they don't feel that way about them. She may be seeing you as a brother which you would want to avoid.

For now, your main goal is to make her see you in a different light. Build up your confidence. Be her knight in shining armor and not her brother. If you are not sure how to do that, start with being her friend. Then as you her closer, treat her like how a gentleman will treat her. Be there for her and protect her. I'm not saying she will definitely fall for you, but at least it will make her really pay attention to you.

But i dont think she sees me as a brother, we only talked like 3 times in 4 months. Maybe she thinks im just a familiar face.

Yeah, perhaps. There are some girls that get comfortable around guys really fast. Especially if they are confident in themselves. So now is to be sure you don't get stuck in the friendzone. Do things that make her see you in a different light so that she will consider you as a potential boyfriend.
