Does this girl like me romantically?

I am posting objectively here without any slant as I want the truth, not the version that I want to hear. Met this girl while volunteering at a local charity. She was initially friendly to me, shared about her day jobs with me, the ups and down, etc. We got along well as we shared our stories. This happened for the first 3 times we were volunteering together.

Subsequently, during the 4th time we met, she became very quiet and didn't talk to me at all. She focused on her tasks and didn't even make conversation. The first 3 times, she would ask if I want to get a beverage (as she was buying as well). Now she would just get her own beverage without asking me. Fair enough, everybody has a bad day.

To clarify, I didn't chase her or make advances as I err on the side of caution (She could just be friendly, I think). 5th time we met, as usual, she didn't talk to me at all at the charity and did her own thing. I did my own. As we were walking back to the train station, I asked her whether she read the latest news and we started talking again like the first few times. We saw each other off but after that I realized she removed me from her Whatsapp contacts (I could see her DP and status earlier).

Subsequently, during the next week, when I texted her whether she is going to the charity the next day (I text weekly just so that I know the time I need to reach there, if she isn't there, I will go in the afternoon since I am on my own), she will reply quickly (or within a minute) and then add emojis (which hadn't happened earlier at all), saying she could go or not. This happened for the next few weeks, she will reply immediately to my texts with emojis. But when we see each other in person, she will be quiet, won't talk to me and sometimes she will talk to other girls instead. But when I told her I am washing the place, she doesn't say anything but she will proceed to use the floor water scraper to dry the floor.

I am confused on the signs.

So far I can't see any single romantic sign from her. Being friendly for a couple of days doesn't really mean anything, especially because you weren't on a date, or in a context that is meant for dating, so any interaction you had was not supposed to be romantic from the beginning and could just be: casual. Further, you call her a "girl" so I assume she is much younger than you, and younger generations use to have more friends of the opposite sex (friends-only) than older, and won't mean any interaction as potentially romantic. Using emojis is not a signal of romance too, it just means she makes texts fancier as she does with probably everyone she is more familiar with, including female friednds.
Because you are interested in her, you created a pattern to observe from the beginning to determine if she is "still" into you or not. You compare how much she talks "like before", as if it was a long term trend that meant something, but most likely there was no trend at all, 3 days is too short and she is (most likely) not even aware you could have started to get romantic feelings after that, and in a circumstance where people don't go specifically to get dates.
Probably she gets to know every volunteer at some point, talking with them for a couple of days, just like you would do with another man maybe.
About getting removed from Whatsapp, it could be she just removes contacts she doesn't talk much with, or she detected you were getting interested and decided to avoid giving any signal on that direction, or you did/said something that put her off a lot (there, or on other social media she might have checked), or someone else warned her you get very easily into women, or she is dating someone or has some push pull with an ex who is quite nosy and she removes male contacts from Whatsapp to not risk arguments, etc. Many could be the reasons behind that.
While all the rest doesn't indicate she is romantically interested but doesn't exclude that, removing your contact from Whatsapp clears the doubts (in negative), so my conclusion is she is not interested, so far at least, and is probably not even reasoning in these terms but is genuinely casual about you, unaware of all this and of the signals you are observing.
On the other side, I think the chances she has something "against" you are low.

I forgot to add that she subsequently added me back with a new DP. I knew she removed me because her Whatsapp status was a few years back and I only got to know her this year

Ok, then the fact she could become interested is not excluded, but at the same time, so far, no actual signal of romantic interest.

It sounds like perhaps she wanted you to also share some things about yourself so she probably feels annoyed about her sharing all those private things with you because she's more of an open book. I think she likes you as a friend for now but there aren't any romantic signs coming from her or you. so the both of you are pretty much just two acquaintances.

You need to be straight with her and yourself. Because your description of meeting with her isn't romantic it's casual, friendly, and simple... Are you really attracted to her enough to be with her?

Take this action only if you're sure you want to be a part of her life permanently.

Tell her you wanna know if you two would be a good couple or if you can be good friends, and you want to find it out by going out on a date with her, if not a date then a casual hangout with friends, any place other than the volunteer place where you guys met, update us on what she replied.

No dude, she was just trying to get along with you because you work together. After the first 3 occasions she detected that you were getting inappropriately lovey-dovey and sought to distance herself. Right now you are on probation, if you give up your romantic delusions you can eventually restore a relatively cordial working relationship. Over time mind you, and without any repetition of making puppy dog eyes at her.

I didn't make any puppy dog eyes at her. She even asked me whether I wanted to go shopping with her after volunteering and I rejected her as I needed to rush off to prepare for work tomorrow.

To add on, which is why I find it weird that she doesn't want to talk to me. Because although my mind thought like this, my behavior towards her erred on the side of caution, I treated her like how I treat any friend of mine.

Now that you mentioned it, she does seem like that. All our conversation topics steered on volunteering, our day jobs and current affairs at most. Never once did I ask of her personal life, family, whether she's attached or where she even stays.

Funnily enough, before she removed me from Whatsapp, she even shared that she had a brother with special needs even though our topic never steered towards family members. I am a private person so even I don't share about my family. So imagine my surprise when she removed me from Whatsapp after sharing all these.
