Nah it depends on the chick. I used to smoke cigarettes during breaks with this girl that I thought looked like a pig... the bitch literally tried to force me to be her boyfriend. Now I'm no girl (obviously), but to answer your question, yes, even if a girl is really outgoing and confident, in most cases speaking from personal experience, a lot of girls whom I know of definitely feel nervous around the guy they like, and may even act completely opposite to how they'd usually be with their other friends.
