Girls, why was she staring like this?

I was with my boyfriend standing next to him in line. I was looking around and I see the girl in front of us turned to us and staring at my bf’s direction. I wasn’t sure she was looking at him bc I always give the benefit of the doubt, but then she noticed me look at started staring at our cart. So I ignored it and started to look elsewhere but felt her staring. But she would avoid eye contact. She had a blank look and attitude look.
I don't know what she was doing?
