Girls, how can I ever thank you for being you?

I probably should have just wrote this as a mytake but, I wanted to phrase it in a way that I can basically just say thank you, for being you. Maybe it's because I'm a straight man but, for example, I was watching an older episode of "2 broke girls", where caroline has to deal with one of her ex's from the show, candy andy, and he shows up, probably unsure of how caroline will react. Anyway, at the end of the show, it turns out that andys business went under, and he finally told caroline, because she thought he was lying to her but he decided to finally tell her, making him the "perfect" man to her. She eventually went her sep. way from him in the episode but, just the fact that women can be so forgiving WHEN THEY WANT TO BE, and just, being you, the female gender

Sounds like I just wrote a love poem to women, I didn't, but, thank you, thank you, thank you

Um... you're welcome? Lol this was actually very sweet and I appreciate the thought behind it. Don't understand the show reference very well and honestly not quite sure how it's relevant or if this is an honest post but that's okay. I'd like to take this post as a sincere gesture of wholesomeness.

If you want to thank women for what they do, start by letting the women in your life know how grateful you are towards them. Encourage other people to do it as well. Create a butterfly effect. It actually means a lot to hear that others appreciate us and especially if it comes out of no where (we didn't do anything specific to deserve the praise) it boosts our self esteem. As a woman, low self esteems is one of the biggest challenges we deal with on a daily basis. Going off that, I'd also like to acknowledge that there are plenty of men and gender-nonconforming individuals who also do so much that deserve just as much appreciation.

Spread the love to everyone! Appreciate people for who they are. Let people know regularly that you do appreciate them and are grateful for them. Even if it's for something small. There's so many times when the smallest act of kindness makes a major impact on someone's life but you'd never know it.

I'm sorry this is so long. I just wanted to include one more thing. I had a coworker once who would always tell people "I appreciate you" every chance he got. Whether it was them holding the door open, actually doing something meaningful, or they just showed up alive and breathing. He was someone who dealt with major depression and faced so much tragedy in his life but always kept that positive light going. When I asked him why he said it so much he responded with something along the lines of "we don't let people know how much they mean to us enough". And he went on to speak about how much it meant to him whenever someone else expressed how proud or grateful they were to him for simple things because it made him feel acknowledged, loved, and like he was actually doing a good job and making a difference in the world. When we are acknowledged for what we do (big or small), it gives us motivation to continue those efforts and spread more positivity to others. I try my best to live by that and since then I have always done my best letting people know how grateful I am for their existence. Even if I barely know them.

That was kind of a weird example, but I get it. I agree.
Women are special. I mean, some are mean, some are mercenary and self centered, and some are psycho, but the average woman is tender hearted.

When I was 16, my first girlfriend was 14. She had been in one, short-lived relationship before me, so she wasn't a virgin. She was very pretty and a really good person. We went steady for about a year before I moved on. I did the same thing to my second girlfriend. I don't know, I guess I knew that I didn't want to get married at that age and I wanted to experience more of life.

But neither of those girls held a grudge even though I hurt them. We remained friends. They still hung out with me and my group of friends. In fact, they and my third girlfriend became friends.

I think they were wiser that I was at that age, even though they were all at least two years younger than I was.

I think women are wiser in general. They are very perceptive. They can see through bullshit. And they are good at understanding people's actions and motives.

Yeah, they are fragile. They have deep feelings and can be hurt badly. But I've seen for myself, and I've also read on GAG, that they are often willing to forgive if a man sees his mistake and apologizes.

I love everything about women.
