I kinda like this girl at work. We work in a big store. I've never really had a proper conversation with her but we have shared some good moments, where i thought she was interested.
A few weeks ago, we had a couple good moments where we smiled at each other, and then she was smiling looking at me as i walked by her another time. This was a good sign to me and there seemed to be mutual interest.
The last 2 days I've seen her, she has somewhat ignored me and acting like im not there. Once we were in the same area and she didn't even look at me, and today the same thing, like i wasn't even there.
She does seem like the shy, introverted type, as am i. Which i know from experience isn't the greatest mix and it takes some work from someone to make it work.
Do you think she's lost interest in me or is she just shy and nervous now?

She could have been having a bad day, or been nervous about something else.
I'd keep looking into the situation for more clues. Like how she responds when you interact with her directly more.
Crushes come and go. This is why you need to approach her and ask her out. Because yeah she could if she had a crush on you could be losing interest.
Just talk to her more and if you get along then ask her out, that way you will know. She may be shy. I used to behave like that when I was shy. Or she may just see you as a friend. You'll never know if you don't try.
