Wouldn’t care. I mean fuck if it’s a good bag, worth its value then use it. I tend to think that’s the stupidest thing ever attaching sentimental value to something an ex gave you. Ok if it was a ring sure I get that but damn there are some women who attach sentimental value to everything a man gave them. This was the first bandaid he gave me when we were hiking and I fell and scraped my knee. That’s why I have it in my scrap book lol just use it if you like it, or sell it and get some good money if it’s worth something. It’s like when women get bent out of shape cause he took her to a place where him and his ex used to go eat. I’m taking you there cause they have good fucking steak not cause I want to reminisce about her fugly ass lol

So look my view on this as a guy is that I would not care at all. I might go "Oh that's the handbag I got her." And that would be it.

I understand there's a gender gap on this but to me a handbag has about as much personality as a microwave. If I have a functional microwave I am not going to throw it out for no reason, its just a microwave. It means nothing beyond its function to me. Handbags are much the same.
