I have a crush on a girl at work, i think she may have liked me abit too?, we have had some good interactions but never a real chat, more like eye contact and smiles etc and i thought she was interested.

She could have never liked you in the first place, but you just mistook it. Or could be she's busy with her own things right now. You better reach out to her.

I meant we literally didn't see each other at all. I had some time off and then we also werent working at the same time. She seemed interested based off previous interactions

Can’t say exactly if she loses interest, some women are shy to reach out first, you should reach out first to know if she’s still interested. I would say just reach out it’s worth it.

Honestly I highly recommend not dating someone you work with. Just don't do it. Because if something went wrong.. you have to go there EVERY SINGLE DAY
