Why won’t she talk to me?

I have this friend, who i met through a friend of mine from highschool back in 2017. Me and her talk consistently and I recently just hungout with her back in march. We text all the time. Then a few weeks ago, i hit her up because I didn’t hear from her for a bit and asked her if everything was ok. She told me she was dealing with her depression and getting treatment. Then she abruptly stopped responding and i noticed she then removed me on Snapchat and Instagram. I have been reaching out to her since but she doesn’t respond. Her Snapchat story however is public so im able to see what she posts and she posts frequently. I am just confused as to why she suddenly stopped speaking to me and removed me on everything. We were good friends. I did end uo messaging her on Snapchat asking her to just be straight up and she opened my chat and never replied. I can understand if someone is going through something difficult in life, but to literally ghost a friend but yet still post on social media is a bit odd to me. I just want some thoughts on this and what I should do. This was a good friend of mine so im butthurt lol.

All I can really say is that if someone doesn’t wanna talk to you, just respect it, wish them well and move on. I’m sure you want some kinda closure or explanation but as harsh as this sounds, she doesn’t owe you that. If this is her coping with depression or just wanting to end the friendship and not having the courage to tell you, then in any case you have to accept and deal with it, hun. Maybe she will come back around!
