Start with the whole bit her lip. Just forget that. Means nothing and you seem real hung up on that to mention it twice. So sounds like she does like you from all the positive things you pointed out. Two things could be happening though. You might be over thinking what she says about other guys or she is doing that in hopes you might think your opportunity is fading and you'll make a move. I could see either as being a reality. Just ask her for her info or ask her out. Don't wait. She might think you're not interested if you don't make your move.

The thing is she's a little younger than me not by much at all and I'm about to leave for university. But let's apply logic, why didn't she want my number immediately after I said I only use WhatsApp and my phone number? She never says she finds the guys hot but implies it.
