If I see an attractive woman I'll just start fangirling over her, tbh all my other female friends would probably do the same

Not sure, it depends if I know her or not. If I do, I'll openly tell her how gorgeous she is and boost up her ego. If we're strangers I would tell my girl friends to look how beautiful that person is and if we do interact then I'll be extra nice

Because it doesn't matter if she heard it before or not. Compliments in general make people feel good about themselves. So if I see something about her that I genuinely like, I'll just tell her. It takes zero efforts for me to share it and it can make her happy! So why not
