Why do so many women complain about men being dicks and shallow about appearance but almost every man I encounter is nice to me?

Also about the beauty standards. I personally don’t feel affected by it and only feel bad when other women bring it up, and it’s usually only women.

There are women that seek reclamation projects - "broken" men they hope by "fixing" they can thereby fix themselves. But slowly reality takes over and they become disenchanted, blaming themselves or the man. Rinse and repeat.

There also exists men and women who want nothing more than to see the world burn. They cannot be bought or reasoned with for a myriad of reasons. Their victims are often left hopeless, nihilistic in their outlook and as a consequence they are constantly ready to pass pre-determined judgment on all regardless of evidence to the contrary.

Then finally there are crows- pseudo "nice guys" that circle abusive, toxic or dying relationships looking to steal a mate for their own happiness and in pursuit of satisfying their egos, that demand they "save" every damsel.

I don't know. Women are the ones who set the beauty standards by competing with each other. All men asked for was that women take basic care of themselves.

I know! I’m realizing this and I’m so annoyed by it. I have barely ever had a man make me feel like I wasn’t good enough. It’s usually other women that are fucking mean to eachother.
