My friend occasionally insults me. She occasionally says things like ‘I actually enjoyed myself tonight;’ when we go out, or, implying that I’m stupid for being autistic and not understanding social cues as well as she does; needing to ask for advice. She’s generally rude to everyone, but not like this. I’ve stood up for myself both times. I do know she’s autistic and has antisocial personality disorder. She told me; and I know those, even mild cases tend to lack respect for other people. On the one hand, she can’t help being Antisocial. I know that personality disorders can affect people’s feelings and behaviour, as I have autism and dependant personality disorder, which basically means I have a fear of abandonment and can be slightly needy. When she behaves like this, I feel tempted not to include her in group social events. I recently discovered that only one of my friends likes her. The rest of them are offended by her callousness and her dressing like a homeless person.

Just be direct with them. The more you are, the more they will be. And perhaps you don't like their directness which then it's okay to be less of friends.
The thing is she might like you but not respect parts of you because well it's illogical to her. But that is very different to someone she don't like and don't respect at all.
Which then in such case play into why she likes you. In fact just ask her that.
Tbh that goes with any friend. People form bonds on what they like about each other. Find out I guess what she don't like about you. Just ask about it.
You can go, oh I am upset though that she don't like all of me for who I am something like that. But reality is not many do, it's rare to find someone who does so really don't stress over that when it comes to her been your friend. The only difference really is she's going to blunt about what she don't like. Compared to the norm of someone been polite or/and putting up with it.
Basically just figure out what the strength and weaknesses are between your friendship and try to play into the strengths.
What makes you like her? What makes her like you?
What makes that other friend like her?
You have to be harder on her she is going to respect you more
Stop spending time with her.
