Why does he stop smiling and talking when he sees me and stares with a deep look?

When he sees me he either stops talking or smiling with the people he was and we stared into each other's eyes, like eyes quite 'wide' open and deep look?
We see each other every morning at the bus stop.

Does he smile from across the room while talking with his friends but it seems like he is focused on you?

Doesn't smile.
But, we take the same bus so we see each other almost everyday and I started looking at him last year so now, there are lots of glances.
Like: he looks, looks away. I look, look away. Then we look back at the same time.

What does it all mean according to you?

But smile and talk are separated.
Just, one day he was smiling with a friend and walking past me, he stopped and we stared.
For the talk, he walked past talking with a friend, I felt he was looking at me so I look at him and he stopped talking, staring into my eyes.

He could be interested. Keep talking with him.. you'll usually be able to tell if he's interested based off of his body language.

Maybe he finds you attractive and that is why he stopped to stare..

this happen to me a couple days ago, do u think he likes me? although he's a player
