Staring contest with guys, literally. -.- Help?

I was really angry at this boy in math class for stealing my pencil after he asked for it a week ago, so just recently I got his eye when he was walking back to his seat and I literally gave him the death stare. It was so bad, that he had to look away.
How can I get my pencil back?

And more importantly how much does it matter to give a guy the really iamsomadatyourightnow stare?
I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm a creep now because he used to talk to me a little and now he doesn't

How about instead of scaring him you walk up to him and ask for your pencil back? Or just let it go because it's just a pencil. Do you really want to dampen a friendship with someone over a pencil? He probably has no idea why you gave him that look because one he's not a mind reader and two you didn't communicate what was wrong. Most likely he forgot to give it back.

I mean I did ask for it back once but he said 'just let me use it one more time' and then he never gave it back. :/

I would still go talk to him and say you really need and want it back what gives? That is disrespectful of him when you asked a second time, but there is a chance because it's just a pencil that he forgot again. I would talk to him again and if he refuses to give it back then give him that death stare again until he gets so scared he drops that pencil :)

If he is young and does that he probably likes you... and why does it matter if he thinks you are weird? Just say you are pissed off at him and you want your pencil back.
