If they are infants the it'd be acceptable but looking at your age, we can't call it friendly.
In just-friendship kisses are acceptable anywhere but not on lips, neck and the private parts.

Friends don't kiss each other on the lips. The only people I've seen do that were two girl best friends who shared a tub with each other as infants.

No... that's weird. My best guy friend was demonstrating on me how some random chick leaned in and kissed him on the cheek and that alone made me feel awkward because he's like a brother to me.

Well you can kiss your friend on the lips if the both of you are like in love or starting to date, but when your not you shouldn't because it might ruin your friend ship and make things awkward around eachother
