I was physically fighting with my bf and it was really bad :( he punched me in arm and wouldn't let me go
I kicked him in the nuts with my boots and he dropped in 1 second, his face was red (it made me laugh a bit) and then he had to spew :/
after a few hours he told me "you could have killed me"

Getting kicked in the balls hurts fantastically more than it needs to. What this does for the guy is motivate him to defend his balls at any cost. Of course it is exactly this care that enables him to sire the next generation. Men who did not protect their testicles did not ever become fathers and could not pass their high pain threshold down to their heirs.

It would be extremely uncommon for a testicular injury to result in death, but it can cause internal bleeding, dislocation, infection, and result in infertility or loss of a testicle. If my girlfriend did that to me, she would not be my girlfriend ever again.

I doubt that any man could die from getting kicked in the balls
but you could both get charged with Simple Assault if he
files charges against you.. So always remember be the better
person if he starts arguing and getting physical with you than

I don't really know but if someone hit me in the balls very hard I'd kill him - or her. It's the only time I hit a girl in my life actually. We argued and she kicked me but before I collapsed I slapped her pretty hard.

Anyway, I don't think we can die but a well placed kick can knock us out for some time.

It is a bit uncommon but yes. A hard enough strike to our testicles, or even if squeezed with excessive force (which is a self defense tactic in women's self defense) can indeed kill us. There is a massive amount of pain receptors in the testes that link through our abdomen, up our chest, eats and into the central pain processing branch in our brains. The pain link clear through all those areas of the body and if you are above what can be considered a young age can cause a heart attack from the pain alone. As well as testicular rupture, internal bleeding, etc.

Yes, actually. It's very easy to rupture and cause internal bleeding that can actually be life-threatening.

And even if it isn't life-threatening, it can actually castrate a man and make him infertile. So if you wanted to have kids with him... you may not be able to anymore.

Yes you can die... but not from the actual testical damage but its for other reasons.. its rare but people can go into cardio arrest and faint from the pain

well here is the thing. if you kick him hard enough he can eventually receive testicle cancer
or you can possibly make him sterile and basically stop him from having kids.
