He's been online all day but hasn't replied?

I met this guy the other day and we totally hit it off, he seemed so interested, even friend's pick up on it. I add him on fb and he messagaes me straight away. We talk about nothing for hours, he replies instantly, I sometimes leave it for half an hour or so and he still replies that minute, and then the converstion ends quite suddenly. I hear nothing for days. Since he initiated the last conversation I figured I should probably do the same, so I messaged him asking how his day was going, nothing crazy. Well, it's been hours and I'm beginning to wonder if I should have probably not bothered. The thing is I wouldn't be bothered at all, I know he's a busy guy, and he mentioned he was away this weekend so I get it, but he's been online all day on and off. I just have this feeling he's seen the message is from me and he doesn't want to reply. I don't have much confidence with the whole dating thing, and even if he just wanted to be friends is there a reason he's ignoring me?

Oh man, that bugs me when guys do that! I would give him a couple days andif he still doesn't respond then I would think something is up MC I wouldn't messagehim at all now. Wait for him to messageyou now. If he doesn't respond within oneweek move on.

Maybe u said something that caused him not to talk anymore. or maybe he is just busy
